Closed Deck Pallets Certified for Food Industry

• SIZE - 1200 x 800 x 155 mm.
• STRENGTH - 80% of damages, which cause withdrawing of a pallet from trade, concerns skids. Skids play an important role in the constructon of EUR pallet for high storage racking but they are also the easiest element to be damaged by pallet jacks. It can be concluded, from this statstcs, that a pallet with a constructon that requires no skids, would be several tmes more durable than an EUR pallet.
  
  Our polyethylene pallet P19 is the frst pallet without skids suitable for high-storage racking – it has a self-supportng, box-like closed deck, 5 cm thick, reinforced with 8 mm steel rods, which can support loads of up to 1200 kg on high storage racks. Polyethylene, out of which the pallet is made, has a very high impact strength and durability, is chemically neutral, and is ten tmes more resistant to rain, sun and frost than wood.
• FUNCTIONALITY – P19 pallet weighs 21 kg, which is less than a weight of a wooden pallet, and this is important when piling and transportng empty pallets; also the lack of skids makes operatons with the pallet jack or a fork lif easier. P19 is certfed for the use in the food industry and i easily cleaned thanks to the constructon of a closed deck covering ribs. Rubber inserts on the upper surface of the pallet protect cargo from skidding and bevelled edges of th upper deck facilitate the work of a forklif and protect the pallet against damage. There are, however, automatc hig storage warehouses and producton lines equipped with microswitches actvated by skids, which a pallet without skids brings to a halt. For such users we ofer skids which can be snap fastened to the blocks, so pallet jacks can not damage them – they can only unsnap them.
• ENVIRONMENT – To produce 8 wooden pallets, one tree must be cut. The plastc P19 pallet is produced from packaging waste, and is at least eight tmes more durable than a wooden pallet, which means that launching one P19 pallet in the market safes life of one tree and at the same tme reduces the amount of plastc waste. P19 pallets are fully recyclable.
